I love food, I'm very passionate about pizza and I know people are extremely busy these days. The frozen food industry is probably only going to grow and people deserve something high quality. I come from Austin, I'm a hippie, and I won't feed you anything I won't eat myself. Jamie Bowers is the CEO and co-creator of Austin’s niche frozen pizza producer Bola Pizza.
Launched as a wood fired caterer, Bola Pizza is now known for its handmade frozen pizzas. Each pizza is crafted using natural, high quality ingredients. Jamie is passionate about creating sustainably sourced, healthful products that offer consumers a better alternative for a fast and delicious dinner. Her focus is to change the frozen food game by supporting suppliers and sourcing from those who share her beliefs. Bola Pizza gets its name from a very special pizza crust taste tester who was there from the beginning, Jamie’s first and beloved rescue dog, Bola. With Bola Pizza now available at grocery and specialty stores throughout the state of Texas, Jamie is positive the first official pizza crust tester would be proud. |
