Celia Pellegrini is the general manager and wine director at Suerte, a restaurant inspired by the people, cooking techniques, and flavors of Mexico. Located in East Austin, Suerte prides themselves on the use of local ingredients to achieve something delicious and unique. Cecilia joined the Suerte team in 2018 and has spent the last few years growing into her leadership role.
A native Austinite, Celia has a true passion for wine, food, and hospitality. After attending The University of San Francisco for hospitality management, she immediately set her sights on working in Michelin-starred restaurants. She honed her skills and even worked in natural wineries around the Bay Area to round out her talents before following her heart back home to Austin. She is inspired by the passion and commitment of Suerte’s leaders and staff and strives to cultivate and encourage a strong community at the restaurant. |
